I picked up a dump trailer a week ago and I had a great experience and today I bought another trailer, Excellent place to buy Trailers, Ken at Sterling trailers, he’s great to deal with.

I picked up my Dump trailer on Thursday May 28th and Left as we were heading North on 2A the trailer brakes kept coming on.
I called Evelyn Parker who was filling in for my sales Rep Duncan who was at FOT in Grand Prairie for a couple weeks. Within 15 minutes Evelyn and Shane Koopman met us on 2a and helped to figure out what was going on with trailer brakes, it took Shane about 1/2 hour after hooking his truck up to the trailer to find someone when in manufacturing hooked up a couple wires wrong.
These people went above and beyond to fix this issue, thank you Evelyn and Shane hats off to you both.

Also it turn out my trailer has 2 ramps my mower has a single wheel in rear and I needed an extra ramp to insure safety when loading equipment, I talked with Evelyn on Friday the 29th, she got my measurements needed and had some one in shop cut out then I asked if they could ship it to me, now I live around Coronation, AB she said she could have it delivered Friday the 29th in Youngstown.
Incredible service by everyone. When I trade off a trailer in March of 2027 I know where I am going.

I was in the market for a flat deck trailer and having had a previous excellent experience buying my enclosed trailer from Factory Outlet Trailers I gave them the first call. I bought a CM truck bed from Factory Outlet Trailers. Their skirted 11'4" steel deck. Sheila was very good at communication in regards to my selection options, the price and the fact that I was coming from Vancouver Island. Jeremy took the welding deck off my 1999 F550 and did the install of my new deck. Clean, tidy job and they put some extra lights on it for me. He was good with the install price and was accommodating with my drop off/pick up dates and times as I was dealing with BC Ferries. Good deck, good price, good service.

I would highly recommend the team at FOT Kamloops. I bought my trailer from the High River location, however I had to pick up in Kamloops. My experience picking up the trailer was absolutely flawless and I am extremely happy with everything. When I was coming out however, I battled road closures coming thru the mountains and was unable to make it during normal business hours. That did not stop the team here from making sure I had a good experience to the best of their ability. Without even hesitating Steve told me I could come in Saturday morning like it was no big deal and just another work day. What I later realized was the shop was closed then and this was his day off. He opened the shop just for me to pick up the trailer coming from Alberta. They truly have an amazing team there and I strongly recommend giving them a shout.

If your in the market for any trailer needs I would strongly recommend giving them a shot.

In need of a utility trailer I checked the for sale sites and the individual trailer sales places. FOT had/has good prices and I stopped there and talked to Marc. He gave me prices on a variety of options for my needs and written competitive prices for the options available. When I went back a couple weeks later Marc remembered me by name and remembered what I was looking for and had another option/ trailer that worked even better for me and what the trailer will need to do and that's the one I bought. When I arrived there to pick up the trailer the paperwork was ready and all I had to do was pay, get the insurance and hook up to the truck.

Excellent sales service from Andrew Davis! Good inventory and purchase transaction. This is the 3rd enclosed trailer I've purchased from FOT and I plan to return for my next trailer purchase.
Update (Nov. 10, 2025): My first review was from Feb. 2022 and I'd like to report that I'm still a happy customer. We just finished purchasing another enclosed cargo trailer as a custom factory order. The process went smooth, with the trailer arriving on time and with all the custom options we ordered. For this purchase we worked with David Gosse in sales, which went very well. David was helpful with sorting out the details of our custom order and all the sales transactions. After all these years, I'm happy to say I plan to return to Factory Outlet Trailers for my next trailer purchase.

Such a refreshing change to actually deal with an "Advisor" when looking to accessorize my GMC-HD Truck. After I decided to upgrade my open car hauler to a Stealth enclosed I explored a few dealers as my options. A good friend recommended FOT, although pricing was not as competitive as other options, but boy was their service the best I’ve ever seen. Quotes from Andrew was immediate, he had all the patience to answer my questions and we had gone through 6-7 iterations of the quote and he was always very kind and quick to the reply. After delivery, Jeremy and Randy was saints who helped look after my trailer. Randy even met me at very late hours to accommodate my schedule for a drop off so I don’t have to drive out again.
